Hypnosis Care is pleased to announce a 3-hour Workshop “Insider Secrets: Self-Hypnosis for Weight Control” -Lose Weight on your OWN terms, and KEEP it off!

-You don’t have to give up your favorite foods – Learn to ENJOY exercise and build the strength and drive to stay with the eating plan YOU create. Learn to feel so good about your nutritional and exercise program that you WANT to stick to it.

Learn how to lose weight by ADDING healthy, tasty food to your meals, create fast food programs at home and even eat healthy when you’re eating out. Lose weight without giving up the foods you love and KEEP the weight off after you’ve lost it. Find out how stress and sleep deprivation creates weight gain and what you can do about it. Learn why comfort eating sabotages your self-esteem and find healthier ways of comforting yourself.

In this workshop, you will learn:
– how to use the power of your mind to build your willpower
– how to gain complete control over your eating
– insider secrets to how the mind works to help you succeed or cause you to fail, and what you can do to turn the tide in your favor
– 3 techniques to get into the hypnotic state, and why you want to
– how to stop sabotaging your desire to succeed at weight loss

With Self-hypnosis, you can build the strength and drive to stay with the plan YOU create, AND to stick to your exercise program. Hypnosis has been proven to double the weight loss of an effective exercise and eating program and motivate you to keep you on track of any goal-oriented program.

This workshop can be used by itself to help the participants get a running start on their weight loss program. It is also a prerequisite for those interested in our weekly support program for weight loss.

Each participant in the workshop will also receive a complimentary copy of a Hypnosis Care CD to help them in their efforts to lose weight.

To assure a high-quality learning experience, attendance is limited to 20 participants. Cost of workshop $42.00 per person or bring a friend and it’s only $37 apiece, preregistration required.
