“I’m not quite sure I can put into words how much Bruce & Tracy have changed my life but I’m sure going to try! All of my life I’ve suffered from depression off & on. I’ve bounced in and out of therapy due to family issues, relationship problems, low self -esteem, etc. I was starting to slip into another depression & then God brought Bruce and Tracy into my life! Tracy and Bruce have helped me in a way I never thought imaginable! I came to them over a year ago with depression and anxiety with no desire to continue the western medication I was currently taking.

We first started with past life regression therapy which I found extremely effective as we often carry over past life traumas into our current one. I recalled a past life long, long ago where I felt that same empty depression I was currently feeling. After Tracy guided me through it and coached me on releasing that hurt, slowly but surely in my conscious current life, those feelings dissipated and I’ve never felt that emptiness again.
