In general, a one-session weight loss plan acts as a band-aid, rather than a solution. So, instead of taking a “generic” approach, we take you in hypnosis to locate the root of the problem, how and why your weight gain came about, and then we find solutions, based specifically on your needs.
For this reason, we rarely quote a single session. In order to fully give you the solution that you desire, we offer a price based on outcome rather than on an hourly rate.
- For instance, if you have 30 pounds or less that you want to lose, at Level 1 we go for a fairly short term process, 4 to 6 sessions.
- At Level 2, If you have 40 to 99 pounds to lose, after you’ve seen your doctor to be sure it’s safe for you to make these changes, we suggest 7 to 12 sessions.
- If your goal is to lose 100 or more pounds, after you’ve seen your doctor to assure that a weight loss program is safe for you, at Level 3 we expect you to need approximately 16 sessions over a longer period of time.
- Don’t worry, at levels 2 and 3 we offer payment plans to fit any budget.
At Level 3, we work with you to bring you down to Level 2.
At Level 2, we work together to bring you to Level 1.
At Level 1 we incorporate Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis (VGB). This sets you up for long term success.
